The UC Civil and Environmental Society is dedicated to bridging the gap between academic study and professional practice. Our events are intentionally designed to foster a tight-knit community among students within the discipline, while simultaneously connecting them with industry professionals. By providing these networking opportunities, we offer students a broader perspective on the engineering landscape, helping them navigate their future career paths. Team up with friends for our annual Quiz Night. Show off your creativity with fun dress-ups and enjoy a night of laughter and friendly competition.

Ball

A night of music, fun, and mingling with students across all disciplines. First held in 2025 to huge success — back again in 2026.

Connect with peers and other cohorts at our BYO events. In 2026 we enjoyed a great night at Zyka with delicious food and fun games.
